Hello, Backers!
I hope everyone is doing well! Thank you all for your overwhelming support of the Skyharbor City campaign! You have made this an incredible launch day; the funding goal has been surpassed in a short time and the campaign is already nearing the first stretch goal unlock!
I tried my best to design this main set of models to be useful for a variety of games and settings, and I hope I captured some kind of Victorian fantasy essence in these sculpts for you to enjoy. I have dozens of ideas stashed away for the stretch goal options as well, and am currently planning those out.
I would like to work some elevation into them if possible, and try to get into a more weathered downtown, aesthetic on a few as well. This is just as a general idea of what might be up next. Some things to note as we get started, Backerkit has been a great help to me in the past for file distribution and I will be using their service again.
For anyone who is not familiar with Backerkit's email survey and direct download system, please message me when we near the end of the campaign, and I will help get everything in order for you. I plan on delivering the files as soon as possible when the campaign closes. Distribution may even be in late October, but I put an November estimated date in case there are any minor delays.
As some of you know from my previous campaigns, I like to bundle my updates weekly in a larger format and share the new things I am working on over the course of the 30 days. Currently, I am wrapping up test printing on the Palace of Aristo piece, and have just made some modifications to the interior, which I am really excited to reveal! It should be finished very soon, so stay tuned for some pics in a future update!
As with all my campaigns, I also like to incorporate backer input and ideas into my work as I go, so if you have anything you would like to see in the stretch goals, please let me know in a message or in the comments section! I'll do my best to consolidate all the backer ideas, and try to include as many as I can if it works with the design. Stretch goals are open to tons of creativity and exciting new pieces, so please share anything you're thinking of!
I am always trying to improve and my main goal is deliver some really cool, high quality sculpts for everyone who supports my craft! Without you, I couldn't do what I do, and I'm forever grateful to everyone who supports the work I do, and helps me get better at something I truly love learning about.
